From a young age, Katelyn’s passion has been simple: people. As a Licensed Masters Level Psychologist and co-owner of Fiat Family Services, she enjoys combining her passion and skill set with a foundation in the Catholic faith to provide therapeutic services to the Wichita area. Through her experiences in settings such as public and Catholic schools, community mental health, and non-profits, she has developed the tools necessary to meet clients where they are in their own, individual journeys and uncover their unique traits necessary to navigate individual circumstances.
Katelyn is excited to serve adolescents ages 12 and up and adults coping with behavioral difficulties and adjustment issues, as well as those with depression, anxiety, or ADHD. She utilizes a strengths-based, person-centered approach from a Catholic framework to help empower her clients to utilize their innate strengths. She is also trained in both Prepare and Enrich and SYMBIS pre-marital and marital inventories.
As a CPTT candidate through IITAP, she is particularly passionate about working with betrayed partners after discovering infidelity or compulsive sexual behaviors. She approaches the healing journey from a trauma-informed lense to help restore a sense of dignity and self to betrayed partners.
Katelyn is an active member of her parish and enjoys her role as a small group leader for Walking With Purpose, a women’s Bible study.
